The core CK Atlantis team is comprised of experienced hospitality executives with over fifty years of combined experience in hotel operations, sales, finance and food & beverage. We work with expert service providers in various professions and disciplines to complement our portfolio of skills. We call on these established relationships when we need to expand or complement the scope of our services.

  • Kosta Tomazos
  • President

Kosta Tomazos is a proven executive with a successful hospitality career, initially in finance and subsequently in operations with ITT Sheraton Hotels and later Starwood Hotels and Resorts. Kosta served as National Private Sector representative on the board of the Canadian Tourism Commission from 2009 to 2011. He was also Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Canadian Tourism Commission during that term. He presently serves on the board of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. More >>

Carmen Villarin is a finance executive with significant experience in hotel acquisition and divestiture, corporate tax planning and regional oversight of hotels’ financial budget and reporting. She has complemented her finance skills with in-depth understanding of hotel operations and sales.   • Jeff Ball
  • Vice President, Operations

A strong strategic planner, project manager and team builder, Jeff’s career is characterized by his success in taking venues from concept to execution and implementing changes that increase the bottom line. Jeff has a B.A. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Ryerson University. He completed the Advanced Management Program for the Hospitality Industry (AMPHI) at the University of Guelph.   • Human Resource Specialist

Anthony has had a progressively successful career of twenty plus years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry in the areas of human resources, training and development and operations management. Areas of expertise include, strategic human resources management and team development, strategic recruitment and customer service training. Anthony is currently a member of the George Brown College Program Advisory Committee for Hotel Management, a Board member of the Ontario Tourism Education Corporation and Past President of the Hospitality Human Resource Professionals Association of Greater Metropolitan Toronto.
