Jeff’s relationship with the hospitality industry began in 1977. He learned the industry from the ground up, holding the positions of dishwasher, line cook, bus person, server, bartender and floor supervisor while earning his B.A.



Jeff’s career highlights include:

~ Director of Food and Beverage, SkyDome responsible for $28M in annual Food and Beverage revenues

~ Director of Food and Beverage, Sheraton Centre Toronto with annual Food and Beverage revenues of $30M

~ Hotel Manager, Sheraton Gateway Toronto with $20M in annual hotel revenue

~ Director of Six Sigma, Starwood Hotels and Resorts responsible for developing and rolling out process improvement initiatives across Starwood brands.

In 2006 Jeff left Starwood to found and operate Jeff Ball & Associates which provides operational solutions for a range of hospitality industry needs. In 2007, Jeff joined the CK Atlantis team.

Jeff has a B.A. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Ryerson University. He completed the Advanced Management Program for the Hospitality Industry (AMPHI) at the University of Guelph.
