
During his career Anthony held executive management positions with Le Royal Meridien Hotels, Sheraton Hotels, Pizza Delight Corporation, Mother’s Restaurants and Cara Operations.
As an experienced facilitator and speaker, Anthony has made numerous presentations during his career to a variety of audiences in Canada and the United States. Anthony has conducted seminars on teambuilding, leadership, and human resource practice for several industry events, including the National Restaurant Association, the Council of Hotel and Restaurant Trainers and the Canadian Hotel Investment Conference.
In addition to his early training and education in Hotel and Restaurant Management at Henley College, England, Anthony also completed the Advanced Management Program for the Hospitality Industry at Guelph University and is a Certified Human Resource Professional as designated by the Canadian Council of Human Resources Practitioners.
