Its three principals are experienced hospitality executives with over fifty years of combined experience in hotel operations, sales, finance and food & beverage. The principals have extensive experience and knowledge of the structuring and operations of condominium hotels (condo hotels).
Condo hotels are complex hotel structures that require specialized knowledge of hotel, residential and real estate operations and law. The various owner groups have to be treated fairly in what can sometimes be conflicting situations.
The CK management team repositions and implements turnaround strategies in hotels and restaurants. We ensure appropriate human resources and effective processes are in place to achieve optimal operating results. We identify the best use of capital to enhance asset value.
